For the small quantity, such as one or two, or ten pieces, you can choose express delivery that will be faster and safer, and you can receive the goods in your house,except the remote area.
2. Airfreight:
Also for the small quantity. It is more economic than express delivery but you need to make customs clearance in your local city for yourself.
3. Seafreight:
As the most economic means of transportation, seafreight is suitable for bulk goods and full contianer cargo, but it will take much more times to arrive at your destination.

Warranty:
1). any products have fault which cannot sell can be write off from total amount of payment in next order;
2). any products have little fault need replacement, will send spare parts together with next order;
3). goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. CanoLighting will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees, time taken from place of employment etc;
4). It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
Remark:
Not each item is in stock, so please contact us for confirming before you place an order. In this case,customer should give us around 25~45 days so that we can have enough time to produce the light special for you. Yes, samples are available for you to test the quality If we have samples in warehouse,
but freight would be paid by your side.
3. How much will the shipping charges be?
This depend on your shipment and the way of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.
4. What's your usual payment term for orders?
T/T 30% as the deposit, and T/T 70% balance paid before loading.
